This is a great opportunity to get into ad tech sales in a high-growth environment. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving pipeline and fueling revenue by sourcing, qualifying, and engaging new business prospects.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
* Own top-of-funnel outreach through cold email, LinkedIn, and strategic prospecting.
* Engage with ecommerce decision-makers and deliver compelling messaging on value props.
* Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and drive early-stage pipeline growth.
* Work closely with sales leadership and marketing to optimise outreach strategy.
* Log outreach activities and contact insights in HubSpot CRM.
* Hit and exceed weekly activity and opportunity targets.
✅ What We're Looking For
* 1+ year of sales, lead generation, or business development experience (tech/media/ecomm preferred).
* Confident communicator - strong written and verbal skills.
* Resilient, coachable, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
* Someone hungry to learn, grow and build a career in digital media or SaaS sales.
* Startup/scaleup mindset - proactive, curious, and always looking to improve.
