The Job

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying prospective customers before introducing opportunities to the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email and other channels
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers for the sales team
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Scheduling product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Achieving weekly and monthly opportunity-generation targets
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's platform, market and competitive landscape
  • Completing structured sales and product training programmes
  • Supporting enterprise organisations in evaluating technology solutions that improve digital performance and business outcomes

About You

We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are eager to build a successful career in enterprise SaaS sales.

You will ideally have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Genuine interest in technology and software sales
  • Excellent communication, listening and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Evidence of achievement in academic, professional or extracurricular activities
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and development
  • Previous exposure to sales training, prospecting or CRM systems would be advantageous but is not essential
