Sales Development Representative
DACH | London (Hybrid)
£35k - £40k + OTE
A high-growth, AI-driven customer experience platform is looking to hire a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join their London team.
This is an opportunity to break into SaaS sales within a business that is scaling rapidly across Europe and the US.
The company operates in the customer experience and CRM space, helping digital-first brands turn customer service into a revenue-driving function. They are well-funded, globally expanding, and working with a strong portfolio of ecommerce, fintech, and consumer brands.
The Role
Working closely with an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business pipeline across the DACH region. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, identifying challenges, qualifying opportunities and setting up high-quality meetings.
This is a true entry point into consultative SaaS sales with a clear progression path into closing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate outbound pipeline across the DACH market
* Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and events
* Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
* Build relationships with key decision makers across target accounts
* Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking
* Continuously improve messaging, objection handling and market knowledge
What They're Looking For
- Fluent German and English
* Some exposure to sales, customer-facing or outbound roles is beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence
* Highly motivated, target-driven and resilient
* Organised with the ability to manage high activity levels
* Genuine interest in SaaS, customer experience or CRM
