Sales Director - Dallas - ad-tech

Director of Sales opportunity with a fast-growing mobile ad-tech startup that's redefining how brands connect with consumers through high-impact 2D and 3D mobile creative. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new business across Texas and the Southern region while managing a small team of AEs. The company partners with major brands and agencies, delivering mobile-first campaigns that blend creativity and performance through proprietary technology.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in digital media or ad tech sales, deep agency relationships, and a strong track record of building pipelines and closing strategic deals. This is a player/coach role for someone comfortable both mentoring junior sellers and personally hunting new business. A background in mobile, programmatic, or creative-rich ad solutions is preferred. The role is remote but must be Dallas based.
