Sales Director opportunity with a fast-growing digital media company known for delivering high-impact, opt-in ad experiences across mobile. The company partners with leading brands to drive performance through immersive creative and premium, brand-safe placements.
This hybrid role is based in New York City (in-office Tues-Thurs) and focuses on growing revenue within a major agency holding company, with a strong emphasis on programmatic strategy and trading desk collaboration. Ideal for candidates with 5+ years of experience in ad tech or digital media sales, deep agency relationships (particularly within IPG), and a track record of closing and scaling strategic accounts.
Compensation includes a competitive base (up to $160K for the right candidate), uncapped commissions, stock options, and daily catered lunch in a collaborative Midtown office. This is a high-impact opportunity for a connected, programmatic-savvy seller looking to grow within a creative, performance-driven environment.
