As a Sales Director / Senior Sales Director, you'll lead enterprise-level brand and agency partnerships, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a rare chance to join a company at the forefront of CTV innovation during a rapid growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute U.S. sales strategy targeting brands and agencies.
* Manage full-cycle sales: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
* Build and grow high-value client relationships at executive level.
* Act as a trusted advisor on advanced CTV solutions, educating clients on innovation and performance.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and campaign teams to ensure client success.
✅ What We're Looking For
* 5-7+ years in digital media or CTV ad sales.
* Proven record closing six-figure+ enterprise deals.
* Strong communicator and negotiator with executive presence.
* Deep understanding of programmatic/CTV landscape and agency ecosystem.
* Experience working with product and marketing teams in a high-growth environment.
💼 Package
* $160K-200K base + double OTE
* Benefits package & equity participation
* 3-4 days per week in the Manhattan office
