The Opportunity
As a Sales Director, you'll be at the forefront of the digital advertising revolution-owning high-impact agency relationships and guiding advertisers through industry-leading data and measurement solutions. You'll join a team committed to reshaping industry standards and making real change in media transparency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and deepening strategic relationships with advertisers and agencies across multiple verticals
- Translating powerful data insights into compelling solutions that solve complex advertising challenges
- Managing a high-value sales pipeline via Salesforce, leading end-to-end deal cycles
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams-sales ops, product, engineering-to deliver client success
- Representing the company at key touchpoints, from C-level meetings to campaign strategy sessions
- Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue goals while maintaining long-term client satisfaction
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, agency partnerships, or programmatic advertising
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field
- A strong track record of selling into media agencies or brands at the executive level
- Proven ability to hunt, nurture, and close complex deals
- Familiarity with ad tech (DSP/DMP/SSP), data-driven advertising, and modern media strategies
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
