About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead growth across Independent Agencies and select holding company accounts in the U.S. market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven seller to join a fast-growing ad tech business during an exciting expansion phase.
You'll be responsible for driving new business, growing key relationships, and delivering revenue growth through Nano's intent-based advertising solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in Ad Tech sales, ideally selling programmatic, CTV, or digital media solutions to independent and mid-tier agencies.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and revenue growth across U.S. independent agencies and select holding company groups.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency contacts and decision-makers.
*
Deliver tailored media solutions aligned with client goals and Nano's value proposition.
*
Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
*
Collaborate closely with Client Success and Operations teams to ensure campaign success and long-term client satisfaction.
*
Represent Nano at industry events, client meetings, and agency sessions.
About You
*
3-5 years' experience in Ad Tech, digital media, or programmatic sales.
*
Proven success in driving new business with independent or mid-tier agencies.
*
Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, programmatic landscape, and cookieless solutions.
*
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, consultative approach to sales.
*
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
*
Ambitious, tenacious, and motivated by performance-based success.
