Senior Sales Lead (US) - High-Growth AdTech Company

Location: New York (Hybrid)
Compensation: $130K-$140K base + uncapped commission

With strong traction internationally and fresh funding secured, the business is now launching its US expansion - and hiring a foundational commercial leader to drive that growth.

This is a rare chance to step into a true "second on the ground" sales role, with the autonomy to build a market, shape strategy, and play a key role in scaling the US business.

  • High-intent audiences across verticals such as gaming, tech, and education

They sit in a unique position between traditional ad networks and programmatic platforms - offering a more strategic, performance-led solution.


💼 The Role

As Sales Lead (US), you will:

  • Own and drive new business revenue across the US

  • Build a pipeline from scratch across agencies and brands

  • Sell a managed service, programmatic offering focused on performance

  • Develop relationships with independent agencies and mid-market brands initially

  • Partner with leadership to shape US go-to-market strateg

This is a Hunter Seller position, needing someone that can really go 'knock on doors'.


✅ What They're Looking For

  • 4-10 years' experience in digital media / ad tech sales

  • Proven track record of generating new business revenue

  • Strong experience selling:

    • Programmatic solutions

    • Managed service offerings

    • Performance-led media

  • Established relationships with agencies and/or brands

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero
