As they expand their UK presence, they're hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to build relationships across media agencies, drive revenue and be part of an agile, ambitious team.
The Role
Own and grow relationships across media agencies - spanning strategy, planning, digital, programmatic, and AV teams.
Deliver consultative sales by educating agency partners on how this video solution enhances campaign performance and drives brand outcomes.
Identify and secure new opportunities, hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
Lead in-person meetings, pitch confidently, and build trust through insight-led conversations.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and report key business insights to leadership.
You
Proven experience in media sales with a focus on digital, video, AV, or brand solutions.
Strong network within media agencies and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Consultative approach with the ability to craft compelling narratives for clients.
Thrive in fast-paced, start-up-style environments - agile, positive and proactive.
Passion for the evolving video and media landscape and an ability to inspire others with that vision.
