As a Sales Manager, you'll be joining a high-performing US sales team focused on strategic growth with top-tier advertisers and holding companies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of a business undergoing exciting expansion, while directly managing a team and building deep, consultative relationships across the buy-side.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales professionals focused on agency, brand, and ATD relationships in the US.
  • Own and grow a high-value client portfolio, delivering against clear revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Act as a senior stakeholder in cross-functional sales strategies, from pitch development to long-term programmatic partnerships.
  • Champion the company's solutions around audience targeting, identity, and omnichannel execution.
  • Build and expand C-level relationships within holding companies, in-house teams, and digital consultancies.
  • Represent the business in market as a thought leader in the evolving programmatic landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media sales.
  • 2+ years managing revenue-focused sales or business development teams.
  • Deep relationships across brands, agencies, ATDs, or prior experience working closely with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, or ad servers.
  • Proven success in driving sales strategy, closing high-impact deals, and coaching others to do the same.
  • Strong communicator with high executive presence and a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
  • Expert understanding of programmatic buying principles
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus.
