The Agency
My client is a full service social media agency, working with huge names within the workspace, finance, and travel industries.
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Input into strategic processes with well-informed viewpoints.
- Understand the client's competitive landscape and broader market examples.
- Build strong relationships with clients, gaining their confidence.
- Manage multiple tasks with ease and calmness, supporting the Client Lead as well.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Present professionally, ensuring clear and concise dissemination of information.
- Work with creative producers to ensure account smoothness.
- Support the Client Lead in managing account finances.
- Track production budgets and seek growth opportunities within the client's budget.
- Challenge siloed thinking and promote holistic execution of ideas.
About You
- 4+ years' experience within social agencies and account management roles.
- Creative excellence with an integrated thinking.
- Strategic insight
- Great client relationship management abilities.
- Effective communication with financial acumen.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
