Senior Account Manager - Creative & Experiential
London / Hybrid (3 days in office)
£50-55k
A leading UK creative agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. The agency specialises in culturally-led, high-impact campaigns across social, influencer, and experiential channels, delivering work for major global brands in the tech, lifestyle, and FMCG sectors.
They operate with a flat structure, a collaborative culture, and a fast-paced environment where creative thinking and hands-on delivery are equally valued. The team sits at around 50 people and thrives on big ideas, cultural curiosity, and flawless execution.
The Role
You'll work across flagship accounts, leading integrated campaigns that span influencer strategy, social-first creative, and experiential activations. You'll build strong client relationships, manage delivery, and act as a key link between creative, strategy, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across experiential, influencer and social
* Build and own client relationships
* Manage internal teams and external partners for activations, roadshows, and shoots
* Support creative ideation with an eye for social storytelling and art direction
* Oversee budgets, timelines, and KPIs
* Produce strategic plans and performance reports
* Lead client meetings, presentations, and wrap-ups
* Mentor junior talent and contribute to agency culture
You
* 5+ years' agency experience (social + experiential preferred)
* Proven experience leading complex activations - influencer trips, shoots, roadshows
* Strong communicator with excellent client-facing ability
* Commercially focused with solid budget management skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on creative environment
* Positive, proactive, culturally aware, and highly collaborative
