About the Role

A growing digital media business is seeking a Senior Campaigns Manager for an 8-month maternity cover contract. As the business transitions from standalone digital products to integrated, objective-led multimedia campaigns, this role will be pivotal in driving strategic outcomes and ensuring smooth execution across a range of commercial and brand-led initiatives.

This is a leadership position managing a small team (2 people) and collaborating cross-functionally with channel specialists, content teams, and paid media colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery-from planning to execution-ensuring all campaigns are aligned with business goals and delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a global team of three (two campaign managers and one content executive) to deliver commercial and audience campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Coordinate with specialists in social media and direct email to ensure effective channel execution and resource allocation.

  • Work closely with the paid media team to plan and activate partner campaigns, including media distribution and reporting.

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive delivery of content marketing initiatives.

  • Refine and improve internal campaign processes to drive efficiency, clarity, and agility in campaign execution.

  • Oversee campaign performance, timelines, and production of creative assets, ensuring high standards across all deliverables.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management, with a deep understanding of digital publishing, paid media, and content marketing.

  • Strong project management skills-able to oversee multiple workstreams, delegate effectively, and manage timelines under pressure.

  • Confident briefing and reviewing the production of digital creative assets for a range of platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to use data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and inform strategy.

  • Effective leader and communicator-able to manage teams, align stakeholders, and build collaborative working environments.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and process-driven, with a passion for delivering results.
