Senior Client Growth Manager - Ad Tech - £88,000 base + £22,000 bonus + RSUs + benefits

My client is a global advertising technology business helping brands win in mobile and digital performance marketing. Their platform reaches over 2 billion users across 150+ countries and is trusted by thousands of brands and publishers worldwide.
They combine AI, machine learning and deep first-party data to deliver performance-driven advertising outcomes. With offices across the US, Europe and APAC, this business is recognised internationally for innovation, creativity, and scale.
The Job
Act as the key point of contact for top performance advertisers, owning relationships end to end.
Lead client strategy and campaign performance reviews through regular meetings and QBRs.
Manage account revenue, delivery, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
Partner with internal trading, product, and engineering teams to optimise results.
Drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client spend.
You
6+ years' experience in digital advertising, with 2-3 years in programmatic or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with DSPs, performance marketing, or MMPs
Proven success in client-facing roles, managing campaign performance and revenue growth.
Confident leading client meetings and collaborating cross-functionally.
Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and results-oriented.
