Exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Solutions Manager (9-Month FTC)

We are a full-service, AI-powered, global influencer marketing agency, helping global enterprise brands like H&M, L'Oreal, and Amazon connect authentically with audiences through culturally resonant content.

As Senior Client Solutions Manager (9 months FTC), you're a trusted client partner, operational driver, and creative problem-solver. You'll manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring excellence across every touchpoint. Reporting to the Head of Client Solutions, you'll be responsible for retaining and growing clients through the seamless delivery of high-performing creator activations.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Relationship Leadership: Act as a Day-to-Day Lead for multiple brand clients, building trust and driving long-term value.

  • Solution Crafting: Turn insights, campaign results, and client feedback into meaningful recommendations that align with brand goals.

  • Execution Oversight: Own timelines, deliverables, and the final product-ensuring everything is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.

  • Growth & Retention: Directly impact Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by identifying and activating upsell opportunities.

  • Data-Driven Reporting: Partner with Strategy and Product teams to present performance insights vs KPIs.


What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience executing influencer marketing activations or client-facing account management in the creator or social media space.

  • Expertise in creator ecosystems, specifically platform dynamics for TikTok and Instagram.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how to influence Quarterly Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

  • Operational strength with a deep understanding of scopes, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Tech/AI-native mindset with confidence in working with data for performance storytelling.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $110,000 per year

  • MUST be US based ET hours
