About the Role
Join an in-house agency team creating social-first content for a leading global beauty brand. This role focuses on delivering platform-native, purpose-driven content that builds brand love while driving measurable performance. Based in London (hybrid), you'll turn insights and trends into relevant, inclusive, and high-performing social content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver social-first content across key platforms
- Turn brand purpose and briefs into culturally relevant ideas
- Write scripts, captions, and hooks aligned with brand tone
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video and static assets
- Adapt and scale content across formats and markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and creators
- Use performance data to optimise and improve content
- Maintain high standards for inclusivity, accessibility, and brand safety
- Support and guide junior team members
Skills & Experience
- Strong portfolio of social-first content (video + static)
- Skilled in concepting, scripting, and editing for mobile platforms
- Experience delivering platform-native content aligned to brand strategy
- Familiar with brand guidelines, approvals, and stakeholder collaboration
- Proficient in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Understanding of paid social best practices and performance metrics
- Experience with creator partnerships and scalable content production
- Clear communicator, collaborative, and detail-oriented
