Senior CRM Manager
This is a key customer engagement leadership role at one of the Uk most loved outdoor retail brands. You will be responsible for shaping CRM strategy, driving loyalty and retention, and delivering personalised experiences across the full customer lifecycle.
About the role
- Take ownership of CRM performance, developing and executing strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term customer value.
- Plan and deliver targeted omnichannel campaigns aligned with wider marketing goals.
- Optimise customer journeys through segmentation, automation, and data-driven personalisation.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities, and continuously test to improve results.
- Manage CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate across teams to embed a customer-first mindset and support business growth.
- Mentor and support junior CRM team members, helping to build capability and best practice.
About you
- Significant CRM, email marketing, or loyalty experience, ideally in retail, direct-to-consumer, or omnichannel environments.
- Proficient with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Braze.
- Strong background in data analysis, segmentation, campaign optimisation, and A/B testing.
- Basic HTML skills and a solid understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
- Experience with loyalty programmes, ecommerce platforms, or advanced personalisation (desirable).
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for building relationships and delivering measurable impact.
