Senior Client Success Manager
Location: Remote | London meetings twice per month
Salary: £50k - £55k + 20%
Our client is a marketing leading intelligence and technology platform. Through expert analysis and AI, they provide market leading intelligence that helps organisations make better, safer decisions.
Due to continued growth, they are hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to join their Customer Success team. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on retention, growth and long-term client value. You will own the insurance vertical within Customer Success, working closely with insurers, underwriting teams and broker partners to embed the platform into risk assessment workflows. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving adoption, building multi-threaded relationships across accounts and identifying opportunities to expand product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships across the Insurance Vertical
- Lead onboarding, training and adoption for new clients
- Own renewals, retention and expansion opportunities
- Develop client success plans that drive measurable value
- Build relationships across underwriting, risk and leadership teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Act as the voice of the client internally to influence product and service improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships and Product teams to support client success
Experience Required:
- Experience managing strategic accounts in a B2B SaaS, data or intelligence-led business
- Experience working with Insurance / Brokers / Banks / Finance is a HUGE Bonus
- Strong stakeholder management across complex organisations
- Commercial experience owning renewals, retention or account growth
- Ability to communicate complex products or insights clearly to clients
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
