One of the most exciting global media network agencies in Germany is hiring for a Senior Digital Client Service Consultant.

Sphere have recently partnered with one of the best and most exciting global media agency networks in the world, working with some of the most famous brands across fashion, automotive, tech and more.

They are looking to hire a talented and ambitious Senior Digital Client Service Consultant Manager who will drive exciting and innovative media strategy and planning for a global renowned automotive client across Global markets.

The role is based in Dusseldorf of Frankfurt and is hybrid role. Fluent/Native German is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Client Contact: You'll be part of an integrated team and the central point of contact for all digital matters for our renowned automotive client. You'll provide comprehensive and professional advice to both the client and the Client Service Team.
• Single Point of Contact: All digital topics come together with you - you'll work independently and autonomously, maintaining close communication with internal departments, the client, creative agencies, and marketers.
• Strategic Excellence: Together with the team, you'll ensure that the client's communication goals are strategically conceived, meticulously planned, and implemented with the highest level of excellence.
• Consulting Focus: You'll impress with your consulting skills and your deep understanding of digital platforms, including IO and biddables (programmatic, social, and search). Planning skills are also desirable.Creative Freedom: Do you have further ideas and inspiration? Perfect - we look forward to your input!

Essential Experience:

• You have at least two years of experience in digital planning and consulting, either at an agency or in a similar field.
• Always on the cutting edge: You continuously engage with digital trends and are familiar with standard media planning and research tools, as well as digital-specific infrastructure (planning software, ad servers, DSPs).
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
• You have a confident demeanour, work independently, are organised, flexible, and solution-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of numbers.
• English and German is no problem for you - both written and spoken.
• You're simply looking for something new, a great client, and a great team.
