About the Role
I am working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Executive to join a leading, independent media agency that's growing fast and known for its people-first culture and award-winning work.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, or Programmatic, who's ready to take the next step in their digital career. You'll work closely with the Digital Manager to deliver, optimise, and report on campaigns across a range of digital channels - supporting high-profile clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimise and deliver campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms.
- Track key performance indicators (CPAs, CTRs, CPVs etc.) to assess campaign performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Support the Ad Operations team with trafficking and dashboard accuracy.
- Work closely with planning and investment teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and strong results.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital media tools, trends, and technologies.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years' experience managing paid digital campaigns.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, GA4, or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and confidence using Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- A collaborative team player who's organised, positive, and eager to learn.
