The Role: Senior Paid Social Account Executive

As a Senior Paid Social Account Executive, you'll sit within the Activation Team and take full ownership of end-to-end paid social strategy and campaign management for a variety of clients across different verticals.

This is a true Planner/Buyer position, combining strategic input with hands-on implementation. You'll also get involved in:

  • Cross-channel learning and development (influencers, PPC, etc.)
  • Strategic projects such as audits, pitch work, and consultancy for in-house client teams
  • Working with senior leadership to evaluate and onboard new tech, data, and media partners
  • Contributing to the agency's measurement, testing, and targeting framework, including attribution and data visualisation

About You

You'll be a strong fit for this Paid Social SAE role if you have:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media planning, activation, and optimisation
  • Proficiency across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Twitter (experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Reddit is a bonus)
  • Strong grasp of the latest developments in tracking, audiences, data, and measurement
  • Experience with dashboarding tools and data querying is a plus
  • A strategic mindset - you can turn client goals into effective media strategies and KPIs
  • Excellent relationship-building skills - you're confident working with clients, internal teams, and vendors alike
