Senior Paid Social Manager
Media Agency | London (Hybrid) | Up to £50,000
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing independent media agencies.
This is a brilliant chance for a Paid Social specialist who enjoys both hands-on campaign management and contributing to the bigger strategic picture. You'll be joining an agency at an early stage of its growth, meaning there's real opportunity to shape how Paid Social evolves within the business and play a key role in building the capability long-term.
The Role
As Senior Paid Social Manager, you'll take ownership of Paid Social planning and activation across multiple clients, while also helping to develop the agency's broader biddable offering.
You'll work closely with the senior leadership team and founders, playing an important role in scaling the Paid Social function and integrating social activity with wider media and influencer strategies.
This role offers a great mix of hands-on execution, strategy, and agency growth involvement.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years' experience in Paid Social, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Experience managing and optimising meaningful campaign budgets
- Comfortable running campaigns end-to-end, from planning through to reporting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A proactive, self-starting mindset suited to a high-growth agency environment
- Additional experience across other biddable channels such as YouTube or Programmatic would be advantageous.
