The Job
As a Senior Performance Specialist, you'll lead the planning and execution of cross-platform digital campaigns, working across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a track record of delivering results through performance-driven media.

You'll take full ownership of campaign performance, from technical setup and optimisation to client reporting and strategic guidance-while also playing a mentorship role within a growing, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across all major digital platforms.

  • Manage media budgets, monitor margins, and drive return on investment across accounts.

  • Apply a data-led approach to performance, using insights to inform decisions and drive impact.

  • Lead creative testing, audience segmentation, and automation strategies to boost performance.

  • Advise on technical tracking, attribution modelling, and data integrity across web and app.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with business and client objectives.

  • Stay ahead of evolving digital trends, tools, and platform innovations.

  • Present campaign results and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coach and support junior team members in developing skills and improving campaign output.

You

  • Have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital performance campaigns.

  • Bring strong knowledge across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.

  • Are an expert in attribution, conversion tracking, and GA4/GTM implementation.

  • Have experience running A/B tests, lift studies, and other optimisation frameworks.

  • Understand budget management and how to scale media investment effectively.

  • Are confident presenting insights and strategies to clients and senior stakeholders.

  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and always look for ways to improve performance.

  • Have used third-party measurement tools and understand the digital media ecosystem deeply.
