SC clearance is a UK Government vetting process that confirms a candidate is suitable to work on sensitive or confidential projects.
Applicants must have lived in the UK for a minimum period (usually 5+ years) for checks to be completed.

Location: London (preferred)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and creative Senior Producer to lead the production of high-impact social and video content for a major communications project.
You'll be central to story development, commissioning, and editorial oversight-guiding a small team of producers while delivering engaging, high-quality content yourself. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, active UK Government Security Clearance (SC) is essential.
Reporting to the Director of Content, you'll manage the full production lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring all assets meet the highest editorial, creative, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide editorial and journalistic quality control across all content.
Oversee the creative workflow and lead a small project team.
Identify and develop compelling journalistic stories for social and video.
Generate new and engaging content ideas.
Collaborate with designers, animators, editors, and social producers.
Write strong scripts and treatments.
Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Produce and edit-produce short-form videos simultaneously.
Ensure all scripts and edits are fact-checked and compliant.
Participate in internal/client reviews and communicate creative vision confidently.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
- Background as a Senior Producer, Executive Producer, or similar.
Strong track record in video and social content production.
Skilled in writing, scripting, and edit-producing.
Strong understanding of social platforms and formats.
Experience in archive research and motion graphics workflows.
Confident people management and leadership abilities.
Additional Information
Salary: £55,000 (no bonus)
Hybrid: 2-3 days in London office
