Senior Resource Manager - Manchester
You'll join a nimble, independent creative agency focused on sports, gaming, and entertainment, powered by real-time fan insight. The agency builds campaigns for global clients using its proprietary network of tastemakers and trendspotters. As Senior Resource Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Tracking and managing resource allocation for multiple concurrent creative and strategic projects from initiation to delivery.
Leading short and long‑term planning across internal and freelance teams, collaborating with Client Services, Strategy, and Creative leads.
Implementing and optimising Monday.com to improve visibility, efficiency, utilization reporting, and workflow processes.
Producing and analysing utilisation and workflow data to drive operational improvements and real‑time efficiencies.
Running resource and traffic meetings, solving daily resourcing challenges, and maintaining SLAs across stakeholders.
Managing freelance partners, including cost-efficiency, quality tracking, and supplier CRM oversight.
Delivering training and change‑management leadership across the agency to support new systems and operational improvements.
You:
Have at least 4 years of experience as a Resource or Traffic Manager within fast‑paced creative or marketing agencies.
Are highly skilled with Monday.com, with a proven track record implementing and managing resource‑planning systems.
Excel at capacity planning, managing high volumes of concurrent projects, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
Are a natural problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to navigate resource conflicts tactfully.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data-driven thinking for scheduling and reporting.
Are experienced in working with internal creative teams and external freelancers, tracking performance and optimizing resource usage.
Bonus if you have familiarity with sports, gaming, esports, or influencer/social content resourcing.
