US Senior Sales Director

Location: Remote, North America

Salary: $150-185K, double OTE

About the Company

Our client is a machine-learning-driven demand-side platform (DSP) helping mobile apps scale smarter through advanced user acquisition, retargeting, and predictive optimisation. Their models process millions of transactions per second, powering real-time decisioning across gaming, fintech, e-commerce, and high-growth app verticals.

Operating globally with teams across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and beyond, the business moves with the agility of a high-growth startup - fast, focused, and deeply technical. They are now expanding their North American footprint and need a senior sales leader to own and build the market.

This is not a manage-inbound-leads role. You will build relationships from the ground up and help position the company as a go-to performance partner for serious advertisers in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full revenue cycle - from strategic prospecting through negotiation, closing, and long-term account growth
  • Build deep relationships with performance marketers, growth leaders, and app executives across North America
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities across gaming, fintech, e-commerce, and adjacent verticals
  • Act as a strategic partner, translating complex ML capabilities into tangible business outcomes for clients
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and at high-level client meetings
  • Lead and organise exclusive partner dinners, invite-only events, and curated gatherings to generate high-quality pipeline and strengthen the company's presence in the US ecosystem
  • Work directly with leadership, product, and operations teams to help shape North American market strategy

What They're Looking For

Essential:

  • Deep ad-tech expertise - you have sold into performance marketing teams and understand how DSPs, user acquisition, and programmatic buying actually work
  • Analytical enough to sell a complex, ML-driven product rather than a standard media package
  • An established network within the North American app ecosystem and a proven ability to open doors
  • Proactive and self-directed, comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment without heavy structure
  • A strategic thinker who executes with relentless focus on results

Desirable:

  • Experience selling performance DSP, ML-driven products, or retargeting solutions
  • Background working with Tier-1 advertisers or fast-scaling mobile apps
  • Experience hosting events, building communities, or creating high-touch partner experiences
