Senior Sales Director, NYC – Ad Tech Start-Up - $130,000-200,000 base + Double OTE and stock!

New York City – Hybrid Office/Remote

The Company

Founded not long ago, this Start-up have grown hugely in the UK and thanks to a new funding round they are now scaling their US operations. They are market leaders for their technology across Europe and have received a huge amount of investment recently with this role now to win business and scale their US business and a chance to be there right at the start!

They are ideally looking for someone from an Ad Tech Agency Sales background who has contacts in the agency world in NYC, ideally within Publicis.


The Role


As a Senior Sales Director, you will:

·       Sell the company’s core products as well as their new products being launched in the market.

·       Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly

·       Sell to Holding Co Agencies as well as independents

·       Be the Programmatic expert and show your extensive market knowledge to educate clients

·       Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns

·       Pitching to and meeting with Tier 1 Agency programmatic partners

·       Attending various trade shows and events




·       Ambitious and driven self-starter with great agency contacts

·       Fantastic Programmatic knowledge

·       4 years Ad tech Sales experience minimum

·       Holding Co relationships, ideally Publicis group

·       Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology

·       A strong knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges

·       Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising

·       Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
