The Job
As the Senior Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Drive outbound sales initiatives to increase corporate partnership subscriptions and support overall revenue growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve both individual and team targets.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to closing and contract negotiation.
- Work closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships to enhance the value proposition and shape the strategic direction.
You:
- Experience in subscription sales or partnerships within media or publishing, showcasing a history of successful outbound sales.
- Experience in managing and mentoring small sales teams, with a focus on developing talent and setting clear objectives.
