We've got a really exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, independent digital agency in London, with over 100 talented people across three offices. They're working with world-leading FMCG Client, and are looking for a driven Search Specialist to join their brilliant performance team.

The Role
As a Client Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for a handful of regions, connecting the SEO and PPC teams to client needs. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent reporting, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping strategy in collaboration with regional senior strategists.
What you'll be doing:
- Building strong client relationships and acting as the go-to person for SEO and PPC delivery.
- Managing client expectations and guiding them towards the agency's strategy.
- Coordinating channel teams on delivery, timelines, and ad-hoc requests.
- Driving local market growth through scoping, planning, and optimising campaigns.
- Championing innovation and automation, ensuring campaigns exceed client expectations.
- Collaborating with a large, motivated team to deliver creative, data-driven digital solutions.
You:
- Are curious, motivated, and passionate about producing exceptional work.
- Can distil complex technical info into clear, engaging insights for clients at all levels.
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage financial processes efficiently.
- Understand search inside out and can confidently report on performance, suggest improvements, and expand client understanding of SEO and PPC.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are always looking for ways to learn and grow.
