🇩🇪 SEO Content Manager (German Market)

We're looking for an SEO Content Manager to own and scale high-impact content initiatives for the German market at a fast-moving, digital-first business operating across multiple international markets.

This is a hands-on role with real influence: you'll shape strategy, build a freelance writer network, and turn content into measurable growth.

🚀 What you'll be doing

• Leading SEO-driven content initiatives for the German market, from idea to execution

• Building, managing, and motivating a network of German-language freelance writers

• Working closely with SEO specialists and Product teams to ensure content aligns with wider growth goals

• Editing, proofreading, and polishing content to a high standard of clarity, tone, and impact

• Giving thoughtful, actionable feedback that helps writers continuously improve

• Coordinating projects, deadlines, and priorities to keep content flowing and performance climbing

🧠 What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing freelancers or external writers

• Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on content optimisation experience

• Native-level German (C2) and excellent English communication skills

• A genuine passion for content that performs, not just content that looks nice

• Organised, analytical, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Bonus points if you've worked in affiliate marketing or consumer-focused verticals
