Founded by platform experts and industry leaders, the team works with ambitious brands to drive measurable results across TikTok Shop, Live Shopping and performance-led creative - combining strategy, data and platform-native execution in a rapidly evolving space.


The Role

A senior Account Director position leading a portfolio of social commerce clients, with a focus on TikTok Shop, Lives and paid performance.

You'll be the strategic lead for clients, the driving force behind commercial results, and a mentor to your team - turning platform expertise into real revenue impact.


Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Leadership

  • Act as senior strategic advisor on TikTok Shop growth and performance

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders up to CMO level

  • Lead commercial, insight-led client meetings and reviews

  • Educate clients on social commerce trends and platform opportunities

Performance & Optimisation

  • Oversee TikTok Shop operations, Live Shopping and paid ad strategy

  • Drive GMV, sales and profitability through continuous optimisation

  • Use data and testing frameworks to unlock growth opportunities

  • Shape effective Live strategies with creative and production teams

Team & Delivery

  • Hire, manage and develop Account Management team members

  • Ensure high-quality delivery from onboarding to reporting

  • Build strong processes that support scale and performance

Operations & Collaboration

  • Align with organic social teams to connect content and commerce

  • Manage budgets, spend reconciliation and support billing processes

  • Share platform updates and best practice across the agency


You

A commercially minded social commerce specialist who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Essential

  • 2+ years leading TikTok Shop and Live commerce strategy (agency or brand side)

  • Proven success delivering TikTok GMV and performance targets

  • Confident working with senior client stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills for reporting and budget management

  • Experienced people manager with an empathetic, high-performance leadership style

  • Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides)

  • Proactive, organised and comfortable in a scale-up environment
