A hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator who doesn't just brainstorm and brief - you make the magic happen.
🚀 What you'll do
* Own social content end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube
* Develop ideas, write storyboards, craft captions that hook
* Create scroll-stopping content using Canva & CapCut (and maybe Photoshop if you're fancy)
* Experiment with formats, trends & storytelling styles
* Analyze what's working - and what can work even harder
* Collaborate with strategists, designers & account teams
* See your work live for some of the world's biggest brands
🎨 Who you are
✔ 3+ years in social media (preferably agency side)
✔ Fluent German content creator (words + visuals = 🔥)
✔ Obsessed with trends + insights + creative execution
✔ Hands-on, proactive and excited to own your channels
✔ Curious + collaborative + hungry to make impact
