🚀 Your mission

As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you'll own the full journey from idea to execution. You'll think strategically, create hands-on, and bring concepts to life across platforms.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing social media and content strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

• Planning, managing, and evolving editorial calendars and social projects

• Creating standout content - from ideas and storyboards to captions and final posts

• Producing engaging visual and video content using Canva & CapCut (Reels, Stories, Shorts)

• Managing and growing social channels with care and creativity

• Tracking performance, analysing results, and turning insights into improvements

🧠 What you bring

• Several years of experience in social media management

• Deep understanding of how Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube really work

• A strong creative eye and hands-on experience in content creation (graphics, short-form video, storytelling)

• Confidence using Canva, CapCut, and common social media tools

• A structured, independent way of working - with the drive to make things better, not just maintain them
