Social Media Account Manager - Media Agency - London (Hybrid) - £38,000 DOE

The Agency

Our client is one of the most well-known media agencies in the UK, part one of the biggest global media networks.

The Role

• Oversee a range of social media creative strategies for various clients, covering all relevant social platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, collaborating with the team to generate creative content ideas, and offering feedback on assets before client approval.
• Execute tailored influencer outreach programs to meet campaign objectives.
• Take charge of client reporting and listening, ensuring reports are timely and valuable, and effectively manage team resources.
• Stay abreast of industry news to facilitate ongoing learning for both clients and the team.
• Manage project finances, maintaining accurate trackers and timesheets, and demonstrate a keen sense of commercial responsibility.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and suppliers, earning their trust and confidence.
• Ensure alignment of work and behaviour with client brand and objectives.

About You

• 3 years' experience in Social Media, ideally within an agency environment
• Maintain a keen interest in current global digital trends and opportunities within social media.
• Exhibit proficient copywriting and community management abilities.
• Utilize social listening and reporting tools to interpret social insights effectively.
• Demonstrate professionalism, diligence, and enthusiasm, with strong collaborative and independent work skills.
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently, emphasizing strong multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and effective communication.
