We're partnering with a high-growth, programmatic advertising company expanding its Performance DSP team in North America. With recent 20%+ revenue growth and a lean, high-performing sales org, this is an opportunity to help scale a proven product in the mobile and performance media space.
As Senior Sales Manager, you'll drive new business across non-gaming verticals - including social, entertainment, finance, QSR, and mobility - selling both agency-direct and client-direct. This is a high-impact role with significant "greenfield" opportunity and the ability to shape GTM strategy within a small, entrepreneurial team.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
* Prospect and close new business with agencies and direct advertisers.
* Develop strategic partnerships across non-gaming verticals.
* Educate clients on performance media and mobile DSP solutions.
* Work cross-functionally with product and account management to drive campaign success.
✅ What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in DSP, ad tech, or performance media sales.
* Proven hunter with a record of closing six-figure+ deals.
* Experience selling into agencies and direct brands.
* Strong understanding of mobile programmatic and performance ecosystems.
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
💼 Package
* $140K-185K base + Double OTE
* Equity participation (2,000-3,000 RSUs range)
* Remote U.S. role - open to candidates in NY, Chicago, Boston, or Texas
