Sphere Digital Recruitment are working with a fast-growing SaaS vendor who are scaling across the US and globally. They're looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join their high-performing GTM team and take ownership of driving new enterprise business within the Fortune 100.
You'll engage directly with General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, and Legal Operations leaders to solve complex challenges and deliver strategic value. This is a senior enterprise sales role where you'll own the full cycle, from consultative engagement through to closing multi-stakeholder deals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer success.
The Role
Build and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
Proactively generate, qualify, and manage a high-value sales pipeline
Lead detailed discovery with General Counsels and senior stakeholders to understand challenges and position tailored solutions
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, navigating procurement and legal processes
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and client value
Deliver accurate forecasts and provide insights to leadership
Stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, and competitive dynamics to refine positioning
You
5+ years' enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within legal technology or a related sector
Proven track record of exceeding quota within the Fortune 100 market segment
Expertise in managing long, complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement
Strong ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound activity and industry knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
Able to travel up to 40% for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
