Strategy Operations Analyst

An exciting global ecommerce platform in London is looking for a Strategy Operations Analyst to join their Seller Growth team on a contract basis.

• Location: London

• Office policy: 5 days per week in the office

• Contract length: Initial contract until end of 2025, with extension of a year

• Start date: ASAP

• Day rate: £150 to £160 per day Inside IR35

The Job

• Execute seller incentive operations, including A/B test launches, mission configuration, result analysis, and reporting.

• Support seller growth by implementing pre-defined campaigns and ensuring accurate task configuration and communication of results.

• Analyse performance data for budget planning, strategy adjustments, and ongoing reporting (weekly and monthly).

• Produce insights from SQL queries and dashboards to track seller performance.

• Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including seller incubation, product, and algorithm to ensure alignment and delivery.

• Maintain incentive budgets and business planning frameworks to drive sustainable growth.

You

• 1-3 years' experience in a data-focused role, ideally with a degree in business, analytics, or a quantitative field.

• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong reporting and documentation skills.

• Strong SQL knowledge, able to run queries and perform analysis independently.

• Comfortable with dashboards, internal systems, and data-driven decision-making.

• Previous experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or consulting (Amazon, Temu, or similar) preferred.

• Proactive and able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
