We're partnering with a rapidly growing, fully remote digital marketing agency that has built a strong reputation helping leading consumer brands scale across paid media, web operations, retention, and creative strategy. After several years of strong growth, they are now seeking a senior commercial leader to architect and drive their next phase of revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate will be a proven sales executive with experience building and scaling revenue organizations in marketing services or martech. This individual will be responsible for developing the sales infrastructure from the ground up-defining pricing models, KPIs, and processes-while also leveraging their network to source and close enterprise-level brand partnerships. A strong rolodex, charismatic presence, and track record selling into senior brand stakeholders are critical.
Compensation includes a $240K-$300K base salary plus commission and equity (vesting schedule). The company is looking for a long-term leader, ideally based in New York, who can blend strategy with hands-on execution.
