Technical Program Manager - £70,000 - £90,000 (12 month FTC, likely to go perm)

The Company
A high-growth content and technology venture is building a new exchange for digital content. The platform will connect content providers with developers and researchers through transparent licensing, scalable infrastructure, and secure access.

This is an early pilot phase, offering the chance to join the founding team, shape the roadmap, and help scale a product with significant long-term potential.

The Job

• Own the technical roadmap, defining requirements and managing delivery milestones.

• Evaluate and recommend secure technical solutions, balancing innovation and speed.

• Work closely with Solutions Architects to ensure platform scalability and standards.

• Track, report, and communicate technical progress to senior stakeholders.

• Build scalable onboarding processes for both content owners and buyers.

You

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar leadership role.

• Strong background in cloud architectures, API platforms, and scaling digital platforms.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Experienced in building processes and roadmaps in ambiguous, fast-growth environments.

• Comfortable working hands-on and guiding others in a startup setting.
