Technical Transition Lead - Global Media Agency - 3 Month FTC - Start ASAP

A leading global media agency is looking for a Technical Transition Lead to play a key role in a major ad tech transformation project for a new client win in the FMCG space. This is an opportunity to lead the global rollout of ad tech systems, ensuring platform consistency, data integrity, and operational excellence across markets.

You will act as the central technical point of contact, overseeing the setup and management of key advertising platforms including CM360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, and IAS. You'll also work closely with local market teams to guide set up/configuration, maintain alignment to the central framework, and ensure integration with offshore teams.

The Role:

• Lead the global ad tech transition, establishing consistent setup and management across programmatic, search, social, and ad serving platforms.

• Oversee global set up/configuration of CM360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, and IAS.

• Maintain a centralised master tracking sheet for all market accounts.

• Work closely with local markets to ensure correct structure setup across all partner platforms.

• Partner with the Head of Media Ops to establish an offshore Ad Operations function.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact to local teams.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data flow and integration with reporting and analytics.

• Track transition progress and provide updates, insights, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

You:

• Strong background in digital operations, ad tech or media technology, ideally within a global network agency or in more complex multi market roles.

• Deep technical understanding of CM360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Business Manager, and IAS.

• Proven experience leading ad tech transitions/migrations, or centralised platform rollouts.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple markets, platforms, and stakeholders at same time.
