After building serious momentum across the UK and Europe, OnDevice is now launching its US commercial operation - and this is your opportunity to lead that journey.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to become OnDevice's first US Sales hire, owning the market from day one.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Launching and scaling OnDevice's US go-to-market strategy
  • Selling brand measurement solutions into DSPs, SSPs, publishers, agencies, and platforms
  • Opening enterprise relationships across companies like MiQ, Captify, Quantcast, Disney, Spotify, Vevo
  • Building partnerships, driving revenue, and establishing OnDevice as a leading measurement player in the US
  • Progressing into a Sales Leadership role as the team scales

This is a true builder role - high autonomy, high impact, and real equity upside.

Who They're Looking For

  • 7-10+ years' experience in Brand Lift / Measurement / Market Research
  • Proven hunter with a track record of closing complex, consultative deals
  • Strong network across DSPs, SSPs, agencies, publishers, or martech platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments
  • Ambitious, commercial, and excited to build something from scratch
  • Based in NYC
