Social Content Creator (Video)

A creative, social-first agency is looking for a Video Content Creator to join its creative team.

This role focuses on producing engaging video content across organic and paid social channels - from lo-fi, native social clips to polished campaign assets. You'll ideate, shoot, and edit content designed for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, working at the intersection of storytelling, craft, and performance.

What you'll do

• Create high-performing video content for organic, paid, and brand channels

• Respond to creative briefs and develop concepts that drive engagement and results

• Shoot both in-the-moment, native social content and more refined campaign video

• Edit content across multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, ads, hero films)

• Optimise videos for different platforms, audiences, and trends

• Collaborate with creative, brand, and social teams to bring ideas to life

• Develop strong hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds

• Support ad-hoc video needs such as pitches, events, and internal projects

What you bring

• 2-4 years' experience creating and editing video content for social

• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form social and polished video work

• Excellent understanding of short-form storytelling, pacing, and hooks

• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar)

• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and social-native storytelling

• Comfortable shooting on both mobile and professional setups

• Solid understanding of social trends, formats, and performance best practices

• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects

• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset

• Interest in using AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency

Nice to have

• Photoshop and Illustrator skills

• Photography and retouching experience

• Experience creating paid social variants

• Working with creators or influencer content

• Ability to write short-form in-video hooks or social captions
