VP of Sales - Ad Tech - $400k+ OTE (TX, CO, MN)

We're partnering with a fast-growing, global advertising technology company that works with brands and agencies to deliver innovative digital media solutions at scale. With a strong presence across North America and continued investment in expansion markets, the company is entering a key phase of growth and is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead a portfolio of developing U.S. regions.

This role will be responsible for leading and scaling a regional sales team, driving revenue across both existing and new business, and building senior-level relationships across agencies and brand-direct clients. The VP will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, coaching and developing talent, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple territories. This is a highly visible leadership position that blends strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in key deals and partnerships.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of digital media or ad-tech sales experience, along with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering against meaningful revenue targets. Strong relationships within the advertising ecosystem, a history of driving new business, and the ability to operate effectively across distributed markets are key.
