🌍 VP of Agency Partnerships - Programmatic Advertising | Remote (US)

Ready to shape the future of programmatic advertising at a global scale? A leading, privacy-first adtech company is on the hunt for a visionary VP of Agency Partnerships in SPO to drive strategic relationships with the world's top media agencies for Supply Path Optimization.

This is a high-impact, newly created role reporting directly to the General Manager, offering the chance to build and lead a team while shaping the go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead strategic partnerships with major agency holding groups and trade desks on the SPO team
  • Define and execute a global go-to-market strategy for programmatic supply offerings.
  • Lead a team of sales people across this division
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting through to onboarding and upsell.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to create innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Represent the voice of agencies internally to drive product and marketing evolution.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in adtech, ideally with deep programmatic and CTV knowledge.
  • Strong SPO Sales Experience
  • SSP Side Sales Experience
  • Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record in enterprise sales.
  • Deep existing relationships with senior agency stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex global partnerships.
  • Exceptional communicator with a passion for shaping industry innovation.
