A client-focused role, aiding clients with any issues with campaigns or the technology and service a company provides. These are great and varied roles where you will do everything from reporting on the performance of campaigns to spending time with clients looking at other ways you can work together.
Ad Ops & Trafficking
A technical role, Ad ops execs and managers are responsible for adding adverts to publisher’s websites, using ad servers (technology used to traffic adverts). This is a fantastic area for someone who is interested in working with the latest online technology and some of the world's fastest-growing and most innovative companies.
Advertising, Media and Technology Sales
Working for either publishers or media owners, selling brand based campaigns online and on mobile or companies who sell emerging online technology, you'll do businesses with the UK’s biggest media agencies (like WPP and Publicis) or big brands in areas like retail, travel and finance.
These roles involve the analysis and optimisation of online advertising campaigns. Using the principles of economics and data analysis you will be responsible for making “real-time” improvements to the effectiveness of an advertiser’s online campaign.
We recruit for online marketing roles in performance marketing (PPC, SEO and Biddable Media) as well as online marketing and social media. Performance marketing roles require candidates who are analytically minded, who can interpret data and present it in an informative and exciting way. Online marketing – social media and marketing executive roles - are a mix between being both creative and numbers-driven.
Digital Designers combine technical and creative skills to create a multitude of visual concepts. Whether designing a website, online advertising campaign imagery, video games or animations, a designer must be able to create, execute, and edit concepts and layouts for those projects.
Developers are at the forefront of the digital economy responsible for creating software and tech platforms as well as creating websites. We recruit for all development disciplines and work with candidates with experience in many development languages.
