What are the modules?
Whether conducted in person or as part of our remote, virtual training, the sales academy training is broken down into 5 modules* where delegates will learn:
- The Mindset for Success and Planning and Goal Setting (4 sessions)
- The Art of Selling (10 sessions)
- Customer Development (5 sessions)
- Fundamental Skills (4 sessions)
- Monitor, Evaluate, Grow (3 x 1-2-1 coaching sessions)
*total course length is 35 hours though we offer bespoke options to suit your needs.
