You'll work with senior stakeholders, deliver strategic growth plans, and shape the success of key U.S. accounts while partnering with internal experts across Customer Success, Product, and Operations.

The Role

  • Manage and grow strategic U.S. client accounts across enterprise and agency sectors

  • Drive adoption of the company's full-stack programmatic platform

  • Deliver quarterly and annual revenue growth targets

  • Ensure clients receive best-in-class service and support across all touchpoints

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies and execution

  • Develop structured account plans, forecasts, and growth strategies

  • Stay on top of industry trends and client needs to identify opportunities

  • Lead commercial initiatives and manage project delivery from pitch to success


You'll Bring

  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth in digital media or ad tech

  • Strong client management skills and ability to nurture long-term relationships

  • Experience managing high-value accounts and budgets

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Hands-on experience with Ad Servers, DSPs, or DMPs (Adform experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or Gainsight advantageous

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, ambitious environment
