Role Overview
This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to join a vibrant influencer marketing team managing campaigns for a major financial services client. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the successful candidate will lead influencer-led activations across the UK and targeted European markets. The role is designed for progression as the account-and team-grows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end influencer campaigns: from talent identification and outreach to briefing, negotiation, and content delivery.
Maintain excellent client communications, ensuring campaign goals and expectations are aligned.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including the Senior Account Manager and Account Executive.
Stay up‑to‑date with Gen Z culture and trends within the UK influencer market, using insights to shape campaign strategy.
Monitor performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Candidate Requirements
2-3 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally within an agency setting.
Deep understanding of the UK influencer landscape and Gen Z behaviours.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with both influencers and clients.
Familiarity with European influencer markets (Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Nordics) is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Interview Process
Candidates will undergo a two-stage interview process, including a practical task to assess strategic thinking and creativity. Both stages will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
