Key Account Manager - Existing Business Role - Enterprise AI Learning Platform

Up to £75k base + OTE

This is a patented AI powered enterprise learning platform, it automates the curation of content, adapts and analyses to make the platform more efficiently educate companies workforce.

This is important as you can easily upskill and improve a whole company, it can also keep up much needed skills.

It does not simply educate a company but keeps its agile, efficient and constantly growing which any company is always looking to do.

Enterprise companies will always be looking for the next best solution to do this and this company is the answer!

Role

  • This is a commercially focused role where you'll be given a book of business to grow
  • The book of business will be approx 800k and you'll want to be growing that year on year
  • Working with a small number of accounts say 8-12, getting really stuck into what will help drive business
  • Upsell & cross sell into the accounts
  • Strategize - focus on the long term strategy of the client
  • Meet clients face to face as much as you can
  • Be the face of the company
  • Work with UK, European and Global clients

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a SaaS company (ideally more years experience) in a similar account management, growth or existing business sales role
  • 3 years with your own revenue target where you've grown revenue from existing business, this is a closing role
  • Have hit your revenue growth target
  • Owned a book of business revenue
  • Good longevity in roles
  • Experience working closely and selling to c'suite and senior teams
  • Ideally from a e-learning background but it not a need to have, it would be a massive plus if you've sold to HR or L&D teams
  • Experience within the UK market
  • They're based in Cambridge and have an office in London, they will be very flexible but you must be able to meet in the office at least once a week (ideally more) at your own expense
